I think that you should go and get evaluated by a doctor who will be able to tell you the best course of action to take. WIth the fact that you have had surgery in the past week, it could be a complication from the surgery that you have had, and it is important to get checked by a qualified doctor that will be able to tell you. There are antifungal treatments out there, but it is a good idea to ensure that it is that infection, and not something that was immediately from the surgery that you had. Good luck.
