Why do people blame the PG thing the most for WWE going downhill?

Well I truly agree with your points, loss of talents and bad story lines make wwe really predictable now, however did anyone else see last night's RAW it was rated PG-13 does that mean PG era is over in RAW, also they showed blood (CM Punk) after a long time.
