Help Preparing ESL Lesson Plans?

I am doing some volunteer work in Central Asia, and have been asked to teach an ESL cl to some adults two nights a week for the next two months. As far as I know, they all have very limited knowledge of English, and I have a very limited knowledge of their language (I will have a translator). I am not trained in ESL, although I am good with English and with teaching other things. Since I have no access to textbooks, where can I find resources for creating a teaching plan. Thanks.
