2000 Mercury Sable under water?

My Sable has recently developed a problem of aculating puddles of water in the front penger seat when it rains. I've check the windows, weather seal, etc. but there seems to be no visible problems. Even after pouring water over the door, nothing seems to be leaking. It's not coolant or antifreeze or anything, just plain water. What's the deal??
