Dependency override for financial aid for a transfer student????

I'm transferring this year to a four year university from a junior college and for the past three years I have had a dependency override granted by the junior college. I am also not sure which colleges I have been accepted to yet so I'm not sure which one I will be attending in the fall. But would I request for a dependency override from my junior college or would I appeal to one of my potential universities?
