How long will it take for my ps3 to come back?

Well basically my ps3 broke a few years ago, i have a 3 year warranty and i send it in for repair to best buy(that's where i bought my ps3) it came back broken i sent it in again and it came back broken again, Then it finally came back fixed. On the warranty they said if i send it in for repair one more time I'll just get a new ps3. Then it finally broke again 1 year later. I sent it into repair last Sunday and they said they're going to run it through diagnostics to see if its really broken or not and then just give me a new one if it really is. They said it should only take 1 week and its almost been 2 weeks :l. I really wanna play black ops and its taking too long D: Anyone know why its taking too long or how long it should take for it to come back? Thanks
