Subway restaurant toasted subs question...see details?

the subway toaster oven is a convection toaster oven...it uses hot air as well as heating coils...so it does make the toasted bread much dryer than quiznos...it's capable of not being dried out if the settings are just right and if the staff is taught how to do it...though this rarely happens...i worked for subway for 4 years as a manager and no one ever taught me anything i had to take it upon myself to order video's and paper work to learn most things
