Bell's palsy?

I have had this twice in my life. Once when I was around 2yrs old and when I was 18. I never completely got over it. I have times when the cold bothers my eye, and my lower lip is crooked. But I was told you will never be completely free from the affects it has on you. Just hope you only have it the one time.
