Hearing a voice... need some help...?

You need to talk with someone about this. Parent, teacher, doctor, nurse, etc. You seem to be giving a pretty good description of schizophrenia, and it usually appears in the late teens. (It's run in my family for generations). I don't know if that's what's bothering you, but it should be checked out. Good luck to you.
