I need help discribing a fighting scene for a story?

I am apologizing in advance because this might be bad advice... so I'm sorry... ok... first of all, I would make it from his point of view, I don't know if its becaue I relate to it more because I'm a guy... other than that, I would need to know the characteristic of the werewolves because that would maybe increase his level of anger... or idk... but well... comming back to the question... most men have a higher level of anger while fighting and we normally have to controll our anger and sustain it within us as we are being shouted at and sometimes being hit... so the discussion needs to start out slow and she keeps on insisting why he wants to leave her... and he keeps on telling her that he can't say, that its for her protection, that its because he can't love her and ends up saying that he doesnt... then you can say, "I could feel as the boiling blood throttled through my veins, each pump was like an explosion of fire from my heart and brain that sent fire through my nerves, making my potential to withstand the need in my hands to hit her, the need in my lips to kiss her all the same, the need to tell her the truth, that I loved her, that I wanted to be with her forever, but I couldn't let that flourish, because other than being suicide, it would be killing my love and I could never do that. All of a sudden, I stopped concentrating on withstanding it, I didn't know why, but my hand opened and it blew straight toward her cheek, as I hit her, she screamed a shrill cry of pain as she flew towards her left, litterally flying there. I screamed for forgiveness as I cought her between my arms before she hit the cold, dry wall. I hugged her gently as I kneeled beside her while I layed her gently on the ground, my resistance to withstand from kissing her was fading as I saw the shape of my large hand on her soft, plum-like cheeks, right beside her soft, tender lips."
